1/4 c (1/3 cup; 1/2 cup) boiling
-water -p
1 1/2 c (2 cups; 3 cups) bread flour
3/4 c (1 cup; 1 1/2 cup) whole
-whead fl
1 ts (1 tsp; 1 tsp) active dry
-yeast
3/4 ts (1 tsp; 1 1/4 tsp) salt
3/4 c (1 cup; 1 1/2 cup) warm milk
1 tb (1 1/2 tbsp; 2 tbsp) honey
2 ts (1 tbsp; 1 tbsp) vegetable
-oil
Add ingredients to baking pan, reserving cracked wheat until last.
Bake on medium temperature; start machine.
Comments: Good! Heavy texture–chewy.
