Ingrients & Directions
1 1/4 c Water 1 tb Grated orange zest
2 3/4 c Bread flour plus 1 Tbl 1 1/2 tb Applesauce
1 c Wheat bran 1 1/2 tb Honey
3 tb Cracked wheat 2 1/4 ts Yeast
3/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Raisins
This is the best new recipe I have tried in months. It makes a raisin
bread “to die for”. I adapted this recipe from “The Best Bread
Machine Cookbook Ever” by Madge Rosenberg.
