Dilled Potato Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 ts Active Dry Yeast 2 ts Salt
3 c Bread Flour 1 1/2 tb Vegetable Oil
3 tb Wheat Germ 3/4 c Mashed Potatoes
3 tb Powdered Milk 1 Egg
1 1/2 tb Sugar 1 Egg Yolk
1 1/2 ts Dill Seed 1 c Water — + 2 Tbs

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your ABM manual and
process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s
directions. When warm, cut into thick slices. For slices less than
1/2 inch thick, let cool before cutting.
