Yeast Free Bread

Ingrients & Directions


4 c Whole wheat flour
2 tb Baking powder
1 ts Salt
2 tb Wheat germ
2 tb Oil
2 c Milk or water

Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients. Add together
and mix well. Place on floured board and knead 3-4 times. Shape
into loaf and put in greased bread tin. Bake at 400 F for 10
minutes, then lower oven to 325 F and bake 1 hour longer.
