Ingrients & Directions
2 1/2 ts Active dry yeast 1/2 c Sun-dried tomatoes —
2 3/4 c Bread flour -chopped
1 1/2 tb Sugar 3/4 c Water
1 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Mozzarella cheese — cubed
1 1/2 tb Olive oil
Add all the ingredients except the cheese in the order suggested by
your manual. Bake on the raisin bread cycle and add the cheese when
the beeper sounds.
