Ingrients & Directions
2 1/4 ts Yeast 4 tb Nonfat dry milk powder
2 1/2 c Bread flour 2 tb Unsalted butter
1/2 c Whole-wheat flour 1 1/4 c Water
1/3 c Cornmeal 3 tb Molasses
1 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Lemon juice
Use basic cycle. Do not use timer as water will be absorbed.
