2 1/4 ts Yeast 1 c Water
3 c Bread flour 1 lg Egg
1 tb Lemon zest — grated 1 ts Lemon juice
1 1/2 ts Poppy seeds GLAZE:
1 ts Salt 2 ts Unsalted butter — softened
2 tb Sugar 1 ts Lemon zest — grated
4 tb Nonfat dry milk powder 4 tb Powdered sugar
1 tb Unsalted butter 1 ts Lemon juice — or more
Add all ingredients except those for glaze. Use basic cycle. While
the bread is cooling to room temperature, make the glaze. Glaze
cooled loaf of bread by drizzing glaze on top and sides of loaf. Let
dry before slicing.
