2 sl Raisin bread, cut in 1/2″ 1 c Nonfat milk
Cubes 1 ts Maple syrup
1 Egg
Blend egg, milk and maple syrup. Toss bread crumbs in to coat.
Stir in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until set.
