Orange Honey Bread

FROM BRIGITTE SEALING

2 c Flour 1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Honey 1/2 ts Salt
4 ts Baking powder 2 Eggs
1/2 c Orange juice 1 c Candied orange peel
3 tb Shortening, melted

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat eggs well, add orange juice and
melted shortening to the eggs. Mix in the candied peel. Combine dry
ingredients with the egg mixture, just enough to moisten the flour.
Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350F for 1 hour.
