1 3/4 ts Active dry yeast 1 1/2 tb Buttermilk powder
2 c Bread flour 1 1/2 tb Butter/margarine
1 c Whole wheat flour 1 1/2 tb 100% pure maple syrup
1 ts Salt 1 ts Maple flavor, or to taste
1/2 c Chopped walnuts 1 1/4 c Plus 1 teaspoon water
Add ingredients in the order listed. All ingredients must be at room
temperature. Select yeast bread and baking control for medium. Press
start. Bread will be ready in 4 hours and 4 minutes.
