Ingrients & Directions
1 1/2 ts Dry yeast
1 1/2 ts Sugar
2 1/2 c Flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Tepid water
2 tb Olive oil
There is a range of 2 1/2 -3 cups of flour. use the smaller amount in the
winter because flour is like a sponge; it absorbs moisture from the air.
Place the 4 ingredients in the pan of your machine in the order indicated.
Place pan in machine. Press start.
