Ingrients & Directions
3/4 tb Yeast
3 c Flour, bread
1/2 tb Salt
1/2 tb Sugar
1/2 tb Dough enhancer; optional
2 tb Oil
2 Eggs
3/4 c Water; warm
If desired, replace 1 c bread flour with semolina flour.
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order.
Set “baking control” at 11 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start.
In hot, humid weather, use 1/8 c less water.
Tested in DAK 1-1/2 lb R2D2 bread machine and several others.
