-LARGE LOAF INGREDIENTS-
Wheat berries as above

1/4 c Honey
1 ts Salt
3 tb Wheat germ
1 1/3 c Whole wheat flour
2 c Bread flour
1/4 c Nonfat dry milk powder

Directions for soaking wheat berries: Combine ingredients in a saucepan and
boil for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally (add water if
necessary). Remove from heat, cover and let stand 6 to 12 hours (all day or
overnight). Drain any standing water before adding the berries to the
dough.
Dough: Using the size recipe appropriate for your breadmaker, follow the
directions of your own machine. With my machine which is a Welbilt, I add
all the liquids first and then the dry ingredients, of course, with
everything at room temperature before starting.
