Irish Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1/4 lb Butter
1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
2 1/2 c Flour
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Milk
1 c Raisins

Cream butter and sugar. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and add to butter
mixture alternately with milk. Add raisins. Pour into 8″ X 8″ pan. Bake at
350 degrees one hour.
