2 c Unbleached white bread
Flour
1/2 c Whole wheat bread flour
1 c Quick-cooking oatmeal
1/2 c Cornmeal
1 1/2 ts Salt
4 tb Powdered buttermilk
1/2 c Flat room-temperature flat
Guinness stout
3 tb Maple syrup
2 Egg whites
1/2 c Plus 1 T water
2 1/2 ts Yeast
This is a recipe adapted for the 1.5 lb Panasonic Bread Machine. It’s
almost perfected (I think another 1 T of water and/or 1/2 t of yeast would
benefit it).
