150 g Wheat flour
100 g Flour
150 ml Lukewarm water
10 g Yeast1 tsp; (5 g) sugar
1/2 ts Caramel; (2 ml)
10 g Salt
5 g Ghee
CRUMBLE yeast with a little lukewarm water. Cover and keep aside for
10 minutes or till the mixture turns frothy. Mix all the remaining
ingredients, except water well. Add the yeast mixture. Add enough
lukewarm water and knead to a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a
wet muslin cloth and keep aside for half an hour to ferment. Divide
the dough into small portions and roll into desired shapes or into a
long roll. Cover and keep aside to prove for an hour. Bake in a
preheated oven at 350o to 375o F for 30 to 35 minutes or till well
browned.
