14 oz Ground chicken
1/2 c Plus
1 tb Seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 Egg; lightly beaten
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
3 dr Hot pepper sauce; or to
-taste
4 1-oz diagonal slices
-sourdough bread; toasted
4 Lettuce leaves
2 tb Plus
2 ts Sweet pickle relish

IN a medium bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg, and Worcestershire
and hot pepper sauces lightly but thoroughly; shape mixture into 4 equal
patties.
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium
heat. Add chicken patties; cook, turning once, 10-12 minutes, until golden
brown and cooked through.
To serve, top each slice of bread with 1 lettuce leaf; place 1 cooked
chicken patty and 2 teaspoons of the pickle relish onto each leaf.
EACH SERVING PROVIDES: 1/4 vegetable; 3 proteins; 1 3/4 breads; 10 optional
