1 qt Vanilla ice cream — 1/2 c Peanut butter
Softened divided 1/3 c Light corn syrup
1 ea Graham cracker crust — 8 or Chocolate sauce
9 In Chopped walnuts
Spread half of the ice cream into crust. Combine peanut butter and
corn syrup; spread over ice cream. Spread evenly with remaining ice
cream. Drizzle with chocolate sauce; top with nuts. Cover and freeze
for 3-4 hours. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Yield:
6-8 servings. Editor’s Note: If desired, recipe can be prepared
several weeks before serving. Cover tightly with foil and freeze
