1 9-inch pie crust; unbaked
8 oz Cream cheese
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 Egg
1/2 c Sugar
2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
1 1/4 c Pumpkin
1 c Evaporated milk
2 Eggs
Preheat oven to 350 Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg. pour on
bottom of pie crust, set aside. Combine remaining filling ingredients and
pour carefully over cream cheese layer. Bake for 60-70 minutes , cool
completely.
