Pecan Filling 2 T Butter, melted
1 c King Golden Syrup 1 c Pecans, chopped
4 ea Eggs, slightly beaten Crunch Topping
1/4 c Brown sugar, packed 3 T King white syrup
1/2 t Salt 1/3 c Brown sugar, packed
1/4 c Sugar 3 T Butter
1 t Vanilla 1 1/2 c Pecans halves
Mix all filling ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake for 50-55
minutes at 350. Cover edge of pie shell for last 30 minutes.
Combine all topping ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook 2 to 3
minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread evenly over top
of pie for last 10 minutes of baking.
