3 Egg whites (beat till stiff) 1 ts Vanilla
1 c Sugar 1 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 ts Baking powder 1 c Pecans (chopped)
1/2 ts Salt
Mix sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Fold into egg whites.
Beat as you would for meringue. Mix Graham Cracker Crumbs and pecans
and fold into egg white mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
