Anita’s Italian Herb Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 pound loaf
1 1/8 c Buttermilk
3 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Applesauce (oil)
1 tb Sugar
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 ts Dried basil
1/4 ts Dried oregano
1 1/2 ts Yeast

Crust light. Bake.
