2 c Self-rising flour
1/4 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
2 Eggs; beaten
3/4 c Apple butter
1/4 c Melted butter
2 tb Apple juice
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/2 c Raisins
Combine flour, sugar & cinnamon. Set aside. Combine eggs, apple butter,
butter & apple juice. Add to flour mixture, blending well. Stir in nuts &
raisins. Pour into greased 9×5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
