Ingrients & Directions
1 c Cottage cheese, 1/2% fat
1 c Apples; coarsely grated
1/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Flour
1 tb Honey
1 ts Lemon juice
1 tb Almonds; chopped
1/2 ts Cinnamon
4 Eggs; separated
Mix all ings. but egg whites. Beat whites till stiff and fold in. Spray a
griddle or skillet with cooking spray. Heat and drop batter to form
pancakes. Turn when bottom is browned.
