Ingrients & Directions
1/3 c Shortening
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 3/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1 c Mashed ripe bananas
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs and beat well. Add sifted dry
ingredients with nuts. Add bananas. Pour into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake
at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
