Beer Bread #1

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Self-rising flour
3 tb Sugar
1 cn (12-oz) beer (do not use
-light beer)
4 tb Butter; melted

This is the easiest and best recipe for beer bread I know (just 4
ingredients)

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a loaf pan. Combine flour, sugar, and beer,
and mix with wooden spoon till well blended and sticky, about 1 minute.
Pour dough into pan and bake 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove from oven and pour melted butter over top. Put
back in oven and bake for 30 minutes more, till lightly browned on top.
Cool in pan, then remove. Makes 1 loaf.
