1 9-inch double pie pastry
4 c Fresh blueberries
1 c Sugar
3 tb Flour
1/2 ts Grated lemon peel
1 ds Salt
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Lemon juice; (up to 2)
1 tb Butter
Line pie plate with pastry. Combine blueberries, sugar, flour, lemon peel,
salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fill pie shell. Sprinkle with 1-2 tsp lemon
juice; dot with 1 tbsp butter. Adjust top crust. Bake at 400* for 35-40
min. Serve warm.
