Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 pk Golden pound cake mix
2/3 c Sour cream
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c Blueberries

STREUSEL TOPPING
1/3 c Chopped nuts
1/4 c Brown sugar; packed
2 tb Flour
1 tb Melted oleo or butter
1 ts Cinnamon

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x9x2-inch pan. Mix cake mix,
sour cream and eggs until blended. Fold in blueberries. Spread in pan.
Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake for 45 minutes.

STREUSEL TOPPING: Mix all ingredients until crumbly.
