Bob Wilson’s Brown Bread (machine) * * *

1 1/4 c Lukewarm Water 2 c Strong White Bread Flour
1 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour
1 1/2 tb Sugar 1 1/2 tb Dry Skimmed Milk
4 1/2 ts Olive Oil 1 Sachet Blend Dried Yeast

Directions:

Place ingredients in bread machine in the above order. Select White
Bread setting. (This has got to be the best brown bread ever!)
