-and shells removed
2 tb Reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tb Dijon mustard
3 tb Minced onion
1 Egg
1/8 ts Hot red pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Broil 6 inches from heat
source, 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve immediately. This
