Ingrients & Directions


1 c Honey
3 tb Unrefined vegetable oil
4 md Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Milk or water
2 1/4 c AM Multi Blend Flour
-OR- AM Whole Wheat Flour
3 ts Non-alum baking powder
1/2 ts Sea salt (optional)
2 tb Ground cinnamon
4 tb Carob powder

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Measure honey into large mixing bowl, add vegetable oil and mix. Add eggs
and blend with a spoon. Mix in vanilla and add milk or water well. Mix
all dry ingredients to liquids, stirring constantly.

Grease and flour bundt pan or 13″ x 9″ cake pan. Pour batter into pan and
top with 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 F. for 30-35 minutes.
