Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Butter or margarine;
-softened
1/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
1 pk Jello instant vanilla
-pudding mix, 4 serving size
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
6 oz Chocolate chips
1 c Chopped nuts; optional

Preheat oven to 375 F. Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, pudding
mix and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well. Combine and add flour and baking
soda. Mix well and stir in chips and nuts (batter will be stiff). Bake on
sprayed cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.

NOTES : Do not double – too much for the mixer bowl.
