Ingrients & Directions
-EGG MIXTURE-
4 Eggs
3 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Salad oil
3 c Grated zucchini
1 ts Coconut extract
–REST–
5 pk Choc Bake
3 c Flour
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1 c Shredded coconut
1 c Chocolate chips
Mix the “egg mixture” together, set aside. Mix the flour, salt, baking soda
and baking powder together. Add this to the egg mixture, beat well. Then
add the Choco-Bake. Stir in chocolate chips & coconut in last. Pour into a
greased & floured Angel food cake pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours @ 350 degrees.
This cake will be very moist & rich….enjoy !
