Ingrients & Directions
1 1/4 c Apple juice; or apple cider
1 ts Salt
2 tb Butter
2 tb Brown sugar
3 c Flour
1 pk Active dry yeast
1 ts Cinnamon; or more, to taste
This makes a 1.5 lb. loaf and works wonderfully in my Zojirushi. I used the
light crust setting.
This is the best-smelling loaf I’ve ever made.
