Ingrients & Directions
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Sugar
3 ts Double acting baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Sour cream
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
2 Eggs
-STREUSEL TOPPING-
2 tb Flour
2 tb Unsalted butter
2 tb Sugar
3 tb Brown sugar
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F. Combine all ingredients in a mixer and mix
until all ingredients are incorporated. Do not over mix. Pour batter
into a 9-by-9-inch lightly greased cake pan, and cover with streusel
topping (RECIPE Follows). Bake about 20 minutes.
STREUSEL TOPPING: PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS together in a mixer and mix
until crumbled.
