1 1/4 c Flour -PANCAKES:
1/2 c Whole wheat flour 4 Eggs
2/3 c Sugar 1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Irish oats 1/4 c Molasses
1 tb Sunflower seeds 1 1/2 ts Vanilla
1 tb Sesame seeds 1 pk Mix
2 ts Baking powwder 2 tb Oil
1/4 ts Cinnamon 1 c Maple syrup
Mix: Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Connemara Pancakes: Beat eggs, milkm molasses and vanilla until
light. Add mix. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Whisk to blend when
ready to use. Cover bottom of griddle with oil. Pour 1/3 cup batter
