3 1/2 c Bread flour
1/2 c Yellow cornmeal
1 ts Salt
3 tb Sugar
3 tb Shortening; ( I used crisco,
-could be softened butter or
-marg )
1 c Milk
1/8 c Water
1 lg Egg
2 1/2 ts Dry yeast
follow manufactures instructions for the breadmaker. use basic bread cycle.
Store cooled bread, tightly wrapped.
