Ingrients & Directions
8 oz Plain yogurt
1/4 c Vegetable cooking oil
1 Egg
1 c All-purpose flour
1 c Enriched cornmeal
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1. Beat together yogurt, vegetable oil and egg.
2. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well.
3. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan.
4. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
