1 1/4 c Cranberries 1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Brown sugar 1/2 c Flour
1/4 c Walnuts; chopped 1/3 c Margarine; melted
1 Egg Ice cream, vanilla
Preheat oven to 325F. Butter a 9-inch pie pan and layer cranberries
on bottom of pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.
In a bowl, beat egg until thick. Gradually add sugar, beating until
well blended. Stir in flour and butter and blend well. Pour over
cranberries. Bake 45 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
