Ingrients & Directions
2 c Cranberries
1 c Sugar
2 tb Flour
1/2 c Water
1 Double, unbaked pie crust
-(not around in early
-American times, but we’ll
-use it here!)
Cut each cranberry in half to keep them from bursting.
Mix sugar, flour, and water. Add cranberries. Blend well. Pour into unbaked
crust. Cover with top crust or lattice strips. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes,
then at 350F for about 30 minutes more, or until done. Serve warm.
