3 c All purpose flour
4 ts Baking powder
3 tb Sugar
1/4 c Finely chopped fresh dill or
-1 tsp dried
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 1/2 c Buttermilk
Preheat oven to 350* In large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder,
sugar, dill, baking soda, salt and pepper. Add buttermilk a little at a
time until soft dough forms Turn into greased 9 X 5 ” loaf pan. Bake 50
minutes or until loaf is golden-brown. Serve warm or reheat.
