1 c All purpose flour 1 1/2 c Quick cooking oats
2 ts Baking powder 2 ea Eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Margarine 1 c Semi-sweet choco chips
1 c Brown sugar, firmly packed
Preheat oven to 350 F. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Stir
margarine and sugar together until just mixed; blend in flour,
oatmeal, eggs and vanilla. Stir in choco chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls
2″ apart on greased baking sheets and bake 15-18 minutes until
lightly browned and tops spring back when touched. Transfer at once
to wire racks to cool.
