1/2 pt Cold milk
1 sm Cup plain flour
1 pn Salt
1 Egg
1 tb Olive oil
FILLING
4 Rashers bacon
1/2 Onion; sliced
1 Tomato; sliced
1/2 c Grated cheese
Make a thin batter by mixing the milk, flour, salt, egg and olive oil.
Fry the bacon on one side, then fry the onion. When these are done, pour
the batter into the pan until it is evenly spread, but not too thick. Wait
until it’s golden underneath then turn the pancake over along with the
bacon. Add the onion, tomato and a sprinkling of cheese and cook for
another minute.
