Egg Custard Pie #2

Ingrients & Directions


3 Eggs
1 1/2 c Hot water
1/2 c Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1 c Condensed milk
1 ts Vanilla
1 Sprinkle of nutmeg
1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs at low speed; add water, sugar, salt, condensed milk and
vanilla. Pour into pie shell; sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees
about 1 hour.

This is very easy to make and is a favorite of many elderly people —
especially men!
