Small Loaf:; Large Loaf:
2/3 c Water; (1 1/4 C)
1 ts Sugar; (2 tsp)
1/2 ts Salt; (1 tsp)
ds Baking Soda; (1/4 tsp)
1 1/2 c Bread Flour; (3 Cups)
1 1/2 tb Nonfat Dry Milk; (3 Tb)
1 ts Yeast; (1 1/2 tsp)
English Muffin Bread (I’ve made this for many overnight guests for
breakfast it’s wonderful. Just start the timer and in the morning, bread
pops out!)
Medium Loaf: 1 – 1 1/2 C water
1 1/4 tsp sugar
2/3 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 c bread flour
2 T nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp yeast
