1 1/2 ts Dry yeast
2 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 c Bread flour (white)
1 tb Sweetener (sugar; honey or
-brown sugar)
1 tb Molasses
1 ts Salt
1 tb Oil or applesauce
3 tb Nonfat dry milk
2 tb Do Pep
1 1/4 c Warm water (105-110 F)

This is the order I put the ingredients into my machine. The last time I
made it I used the rapid rise cycle. I also use this recipe to make the
dough and then make it into 12 vege-burger buns. We like them better than
bread slices for sandwiches.
