French Apple Bread Pudding

Ingrients & Directions


3 Eggs
1 cn (14 oz) Eagle Brand
-sweetened milk
3 md Apples, pared, cored, finely
-chopped
1 3/4 c Hot water
1/4 c Butter
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Vanilla
4 c French bread cubes
1/2 c Raisins

Preheat oven to 350 In large bowl, beat eggs, add milk, apples, water,
butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in bread and raisins, moistening
completely. Turn into buttered 9 in. square baking dish. Bake 1 hour or
until test shows doness. Cool. Serve warm with ice cream. Refrigerate
leftovers.
