Ingrients & Directions
1 c Sugar
3 tb (heaping) strawberry gelatin
3 tb (heaping) cornstarch
1 c Hot water
1 Baked pie shell
2 c Whole strawberries
Mix sugar, gelatin & cornstarch in bowl. Add water & cook for 3-4 minutes
until clear. Let cool. Put berries into baked pie shell & pour cooled
mixture on top. Refrigerate & serve. (May be topped with whipped cream.)
