Ingrients & Directions
1 1/2 c Sugar
4 tb Cornstarch
1 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 qt Fresh strawberries
1 pk Strawberry gelatin powder
1 Pie shell; 9 inch, baked
Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until it looks clear, about 10 minutes.
Add 1 box strawberry jello. Cool. Place strawberries in bottom of pie
shell. Pour cooled mix on top of berries. Place in refrigerator to
completely cool before serving. Garnish with Whipped Topping or Cool Whip.
