Fruit Cake – No Bake

Ingrients & Directions


2/3 c Evaporated milk
2 c Miniature marshmallows
6 tb Frozen orange juice
Concentrate
3/4 c Raisins
3/4 c Dates
1 c Nuts
1 c Candied mixed fruit
1/4 c Candied red cherries
4 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg

Heat milk, marshmallows, and orange concentrate slowly. Stir until
marshmallows melt. Remove from heat and combine fruit and nuts. I
substitute more dates, raisins, nuts and cherries for 1/2 of mixed fruit.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and nutmeg with other ingredients.
Press into 9x5x3 or 9×9 inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Wrap
tightly in Saran Wrap and chill for 2 days. Will keep for months in
refrigerator.
